I recently purchased a cold plunge and I had nothing but a great experience from the initial contact regarding purchasing one to delivery!

The staff was attentive, informative, patient and kind.

After the tub was delivered, I over tightened the filter housing and damaged the o-ring (they explicitly tell you NOT to do this on the setup video). Even though I messed up, Arctic Cold Tubs overnighted me three new o-rings so I could get the tub up and running!

That speaks volumes.

Also, I received a handwritten thank you card from the founder. It’s small things like that, that make a big difference.

After extensive research, Artic Tub met my requirements of a longer tub, higher HP chiller that has the ability to drop below 40 degrees, and movement of water. Its competition for me was Blue Cube, one of the most expensive on the market. I was able to get exactly what I wanted for much less. It’s a very comfortable tub for the longer plunges I enjoy. Money very well spent. Customer service has also been great answering all my questions. Highly recommend!

After researching several competitors, I decided to purchase an Arctic Cold Tub. The quality of the tub and chiller is superior to the closest competitor (Plunge) at a cheaper price. The sales associate was highly informative in answering my questions. Lead time on delivery was only two weeks. The installation team was fast, efficient and friendly.

So far my Arctic Tub is exactly what I needed. I am dropping the temperature everyday by 1 degree. I am down to 41 degrees. I use it every morning and have for 2 weeks. I used my pool to cold plunge in the past but that only works in the winter months. Overall my days are more productive since re-starting my cold plunging. Jimmie Thompson

I purchased a 73" tub with the 1HP ecoplus chiller and am delighted with the product. It's not cosmetically fancy, there are better looking options on the market, but in terms of function it is essentially perfect. All of the components and plumbing are overbuilt, the pump is quiet, the Ecoplus chiller is awesome (1HP is overkill for home use, 1/2hp would be more than sufficient but it wasn't an option when I ordered). Setup was a breeze and everything seems easily serviceable. If you're looking for plug and play with worry free commercial reliability for a home plunge, look no further.

I absolutely love my Arctic tub! I previously had a plunge and the Arctic is larger and the pump and filter are much more powerful. Couldn't be happier!

I have had my arctic tub for about 3 months. I have absolutely loved it. It is just what I need in the morning. It eliminates my need for coffee for sure. Love the health benefits and all the perks of cold plunging. This unit is amazing. You need one.

I've had my 73-in tub for little over 2 months now. Could not be happier. Great quality, the temperature stays very consistent. I'm currently at 45° plunging daily. Very simple to drain the first time and change the filter. I highly recommend this tub if you're in the market.
